Film-faced shuttering ply
For concrete formwork. Phenolic film on both faces, sealed edges, 20 to 25 reuses per panel.
Calibrated plywood, blockboard and film-faced shuttering panels for furniture makers, modular kitchens and construction — peeled, pressed and graded in our own yard since 1987.
5-layer panel, 19 mm, exploded view
Drag the slider — every second layer runs cross-grain. That is why the panel stays flat.
Six panels, one standard. Every sheet is calibrated, graded and edge-sealed before it leaves the yard.

For concrete formwork. Phenolic film on both faces, sealed edges, 20 to 25 reuses per panel.

Kitchens, bathrooms, monsoon exteriors. Survives 72 hours in boiling water.

The furniture industry's workhorse. Calibrated, sanded, ready for laminate.

Bends along one axis for curved cabinets, columns and reception desks.

Stiff, light, screw-holding. The right core for doors, partitions and shutters.

Teak, walnut and oak veneers over a stable plywood core, lacquer-ready.
Vriksha started in 1987 with one peeling lathe and a rented shed. Today it is four buildings on fourteen acres — still family-run, still signed by hand.
The first Vriksha panel was pressed for a school desk in Yamunanagar town. The lathe is retired now, but the habit stuck: every batch is still graded by a person who signs the record. We buy logs from plantations we know, peel and dry them ourselves, and press, calibrate and dispatch from the same yard — so nothing about a sheet is a mystery by the time it reaches your workshop.
A panel carries the name of the person who graded it.
Solid wood moves. Plywood is engineered so the movement cancels itself out.
Solid timber moves across the grain — roughly a millimetre for every hundred millimetres, for each percent of moisture it gains or loses. Along the grain, it barely moves at all. Turn every second layer ninety degrees, and the movement of one layer cancels the movement of its neighbours. That is the whole trick, and it is why builders trust a 19 mm panel over a 25 mm plank.
Five steps, one yard, no shortcuts. From log to calibrated sheet in about four days.
Selected logs are rotary-peeled into continuous veneer sheets, 1.2 to 3 mm thick.
Veneer is kiln-dried to a controlled 8 to 10 percent moisture before it goes near a press.
Sheets are stacked with every second layer cross-grained, then bonded with phenolic resin.
Hot-pressed at 140 °C under hydraulic pressure — the bond that survives boiling water.
Sanded to ±0.3 mm, graded by hand, edge-sealed and batch-stamped for dispatch.
Every batch is tested in our own lab. The record ships with the invoice.
We run our own laboratory on the yard, and we test every batch — not a sample from the first pallet. If a batch fails a single check, it does not ship; it goes back to the press.
A panel is only as honest as its last test.
Batch 2261, 19 mm BWR, 240 sheets
Every batch ships with its test record and IS grade stamp.
Every log we peel comes from a plantation, not a natural forest.
Our timber is eucalyptus and poplar from managed plantations within 200 km of the yard, grown on a replant-for-every-harvest cycle. Fast-growing, straight-grained, and honest about where it comes from — the same standard we ask of every batch we press.
A few places our panels ended up last year.

Unedited, from the people who press our panels into service.
We have built eleven kitchens on Vriksha BWR this year. Not one call-back for a swollen edge.
The calibration is real. Our CNC-nested parts fit the first time, every time.
Twenty-two pours on one set of film-faced panels. The maths still surprises me.
The six things every new buyer asks, answered straight.
BWR boiling-water-proof, 16 or 19 mm. It survives 72 hours in boiling water, so steam, splashes and monsoon humidity are not a conversation.
One sheet if you collect it from the yard. For delivery, half a pallet — about 25 sheets — is the practical minimum, and full-truck quantities get the best rate.
Yes. Our panel saw cuts to size at ±1 mm, and edge-banding is available on 19 mm and above. Cut sizes dispatch within 48 hours.
A sample kit of all six products, A4 size, ships free to any business address in India. Send the requirement form below and mention "sample kit".
Stocked grades and thicknesses dispatch within 48 hours of payment. Decorative veneers and special builds take 5 to 7 working days.
Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Himachal are daily routes. The rest of India goes by empanelled transporters, typically 3 to 5 days.
We are appointing dealers in towns that still buy plywood on trust. You get the price list, stocking support, a sample kit for your counter, and a yard that answers the phone.
Currently appointing in western Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Punjab.
Send your requirement — grade, thickness, quantity — and the sales desk replies with a price and dispatch time within one working day.
Thanks, — our sales desk will call within one working day.
